Matt’s El Rancho has been in operation since the 1950s and has established itself as a popular Tex-Mex destination in Austin, Texas. Gloria Reyna grew up with her siblings in the restaurant, watching her parents work together both cooking and running the operations of the restaurant. Matt’s El Rancho is most known for Bob Armstrong dip, a local favorite created by her brother for a Texas politician. Learn more about the dish and Reyna’s family legacy in this SFA short.
